Our story
Two Wolves Kitchen was started as a residency at The Edinburgh pub in Brighton, in 2017. Formed by two brothers, we started our journey with a half omni and half vegan offering. Within the first year of being open, we had become a fully vegan business.
We were both vegan by that point and wanted our business to reflect that. Our next residency was at The Foundry In Brighton, where we gained our best reviews.
Trading until the start of covid. We changed the menu monthly, serving seasonal vegan street food that ranged from burgers to small plates. We were animal ambassadors over that time, for the animal justice project. Donating a percentage of a vegan ‘whopper’ burger we had mocked up, two years before Burger King made it so.
Acquiring a food trailer over the Covid period, so we could continue trading, we completed a six month pop-up at Brighton train station. Since then we have had pop-ups at The Earth and Stars, The BBD and The Evening Star in Brighton. Using our trailer to pop-up at brewery taprooms all around Sussex. Continuing an offering as diverse as ever, everything is homemade where possible. Hot and cold smoking is our preferred method to pack flavor into our marinades and sauces.
We are unable to operate full time at the moment, so are really excited to start this carvery style Sunday roast pop-up at Cafe 62. Regular customers have been asking us to bring back our Sunday roasts since The Foundry days, so hope this pop-up is an ample offering.

Please contact us for any food allergy before booking.
